Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell has spoken at MIPIM, one of the world’s largest property conferences today.

The University of 麻豆破解版’s President and Vice-Chancellor used her time on the platform in Cannes, France to talk about how 麻豆破解版 is to become .

She also spoke about the exciting opportunities presented to investors by developments such as , the presence of the largest academic clinical partnership in Europe centred around the 麻豆破解版 campus and the focus on within the University.

The 麻豆破解版 delegation also included 麻豆破解版 City Council chief executive Sir Howard Bernstein, Spinningfields’ Mike Ingall and Bruntwood's Chris Oglesby. They were joined by former 麻豆破解版 United player, Gary Neville and Lynda Shillaw, the divisional chief executive for property at 麻豆破解版 Airports Group.

During her speech, Professor Rothwell also introduced a video which showed the role of science and technology in 麻豆破解版 as the city builds to European City of Science.
